I totaled my GTI.

 

I'm thinking about it too. I was originally considering the Q5 diesel. I've driven the BMW X3 xdrive35 and I really liked it. I'm now considering the SQ5 also. My last Audi was a 2001 Allroad Quattro.

Hopefully I'll make a decision in the next 30 - 60 days.

 

Dennis, have you driven either model? I'm anxious to hear what your impressions were if you have. I've only driven the 2.0 and the 3.0 TFSI. The 3.0 is noticeably snappier in my opinion, but I'd possibly be happy with the 2.0 on most days. I've considered the TDI and the QS5 as well. I will be appreciative of other members' impressions.

 

I haven't driven one yet. The only SQ5 that my local dealer has in stock is in their showroom, and the weather has been bad lately. I'm hoping to drive one in the next week or so, although I've pretty well already decided that it's the car I want.

 

The SQ5 is in short supply. They are not easy to find. I put a deposit on one this morning. Hopefully the dealer (out of state) will release it to my dealer. Here's the build:

I can't wait to get it! It is in transit from Germany to the US. It's due in port mid month, and if all goes well, I'll have it by the end of the month.

 

Dennis, I'll bet you're chomping at the bits!! If I get an SQ5 it will be Estoril Blue Crystal as well!! Happy driving. Just don't get a ticket

 

Definitely chomping at the bit! Unfortunately, the other dealer sold the car we wanted. As a result, we ordered one. My dealer has a build already in the queue, so we were able to customize it. I ordered it exactly as the other one was optioned. We should take delivery the first week of April.
