Just bought a CPO 2007 Q7 3.6 Premium. According to the dealer's online car specs it should come with "Universal phone preparation w/Bluetooth technology". Yet, when I push the Tel button , MMI displays message "Phone is not installed". Called dealer - he is saying I might need to buy a separate Bluetooth module? What is the "Universal phone preparation w/Bluetooth technology" then? Many thanks…

 

if it doesn't have the Production Number it doesn't have it installed......

if it was listed as an option when they sold you the car....... and its not there, they need to compensate for this.
