Hi Guys - I recently bought 2012 Q7 TDI Prestige Certified Pre Owned. One thing i noticed is that rear floor is not flat and it's kind of depressed on both sides (kind of in the middle) but front floor is flat. Is this normal on this model? I wasn't sure if something got damaged underneath the body bcuz i hear some kind of THUG noise when i make left turn. It feels like metal popped open but i dont hear anything when i make right turns.

Any insight would be greatly appreciated...Thanks
