Default 2017 Q7 buying questions - and usaa

I'm looking into the 2017 Q7 and seems like there isn't much to negotiate - i have an audi now so know about the $500 loyalty cash but besides that, are they taking much off the list price? I have USAA so have started that process but so far they have just sent me 3 of their preferred dealers and the list price of the cars they have? Is there something else I should be using on USAA? Any other thoughts on what I should expect... I understand it's in high demand but obviously don't want to overpay. thanks!

I have used USAA car buying service from my last two car purchases.
I recommend using them.
Most recent purchase, I got approved for auto loan with USAA, and then used them to buy the car (Audi).

Previous purchase used car buying service to negotiate price (non-Audi).
It was very helpful. I printed off the "preferred price" listing, and made sure the dealer did not try to jack up the price.
Good thing I did this, because first thing the dealer tries to quote a higher different price. I told them "No, this is the price".

Good luck, with car search.

Similar experience here (except for USAA part). Talked to 3 dealerships in the area - same result. They don't want to lower sticker price. Only rebate available is loyalty cash, $500. Worst of all, inventory is very low and usually they have one loaded demo car and plain Premiums that nobody wants to buy. Reserved one car which is currently sailing somewhere in the middle of Atlantic. I'll try to shave more $'s from the price, but doubt it will work out.

dealers are marking up Q7 because they are 2017 and in demand cars, however; we're the only dealer that sells it at sticker not higher than that and we have a few in stock. If i can be of service, Please PM me
