When we bought our new q7 after i got rid of my 10 year old suburban with 145k on it, I had purchased a towing package. Since the q7 is has less room than our old suburban, we bought a Thule rear storage carrier. It is fine but when I went to hook it up, I had to take the car back to the dealership to have them install the plug. Naturally I wasnt happy. Something got lost in translation because it wasnt a plug and play for me. i had to buy a plug from them and they hooked it up....just thought it was strange...yes i called audi to complain not to get my 65 bucks returned but to fix this in the future.
