Hi everyone.
I have a 2007 Q7 4.2 fsi. Having some problems with it.
The car started running very roughly, like it had multiple misfires. It ended by the car not fireing up again.
When starting it feels like the compression is not as it should be, it just rolls over easily.

I noticed that the right high pressure fuel pump was leaking so I replaced that but nothing changed.
The error codes were reset by a mechanic but since the car wont fire I am not getting any engine error codes again.
I was trying to look around with my ODB11 to see if i could spot something. Only aquired it today so I dont know how to interpret the pictures below.

2 of the fuel injector groups have the same reading but the other 2 have totally different. Does anyone know what this means, if anything?

Or if anyone has any ideas on where I can start troubleshooting the car any help would be greatly appreciated.
