Audi q7 hood won't close...
I've been searching for a while but I haven't got any answer yet....
My problem might be a bit different from most of the general issues since it's not the latch that's not hooking but it's those two little metal things(circled in red) that won't go away for me to press my hood down....
This has been two days and it's driving me nuts... need help guys
