Braking "clunk" when reversing
Hi,
I own a 2007 Q7 3,6 Premium, certified edition.
I noticed a "clunking sound" a few months back (my wife drives the car normally ) when you reverse and apply the brakes. I know it sounds a little weird, but it almost sounds like the brake pads are loose.....
Anyway, I brought it to Audi who changed the pads and the sound went away, well at least for a good few months, but now it's back. Back I went to Audi and they say every looks fine. It's only when applying brakes when reversing. I am also convinced they pads are constantly "activated" as you can hear grinding noises when starting to drive.
Anyone had same issues and how was it corrected?
Thanks
Michael
