I am seriously considering purchasing a S-line 2008 4.2L Q7 with 45k miles. It is about to go out of warranty and would appreciate any feedback from owners on anything I should be aware of or concerned about.

Any concerns with the higher mileage?

Any notorious problems that this vehicle has encountered.

car makers / dealers want you to believe 45k is 'higher miles' but really you're not in the higher miles range yet...

have all the usual issues checked out under warranty while you can and going forward you should have only regular maintenance to worry about. (tires, gas, oil, wipers) markitzero on another forum has well over 125k miles and the only issue he has run into has been a faulty bt module.
