Wondering if its possible to add oem nav and Sirius sat radio, my Q7 has the button for nav and sat radio just says not installed wondering if possible to DIY, I've found Sirius module on eBay as well as Audi nav unit... any experiences also would like to add the iPod interface...any help or advice appreciated
