2021 Q7 prestige

Does anyone know why the stir wheel is not vibrating under side assist even when the vibration mode is on? I ask this question is because when I drive my BMW, if there is a car coming from blind spot and I turn my signal light on, the wheel will vibrate. But for the Q7, the yellow warning light is on and it’s blinking when other car is coming from the blind spot but the stir wheel is not vibrating even thought I turn the feature on. Does anyone know why?
