Default Upgraded to 20" custom wheels; can't rid of shake

Q7 3.6 Premium: I just upgraded my factory 18's to custom 20" wheels. Ever since, I have a vibration in the steering wheel over 60 mph. I've had the tire shop re-balance wheels multiple times, and the last time, I even watched and saw that the wheels balanced properly on the machine. Still, the shaking continues. Anybody experience the same? How did you resolve the issue?

Default q7 steering wheel vibration

I had the same problem with my 08 4.2 with 21 inch wheels. the dealership force balanced my tires, replaced the steering gear and lower control arms all under warranty to fix the issue. 90% better now, but im still not happy. my wheels are factory equipment. if yours didnt do that b4 you replaced your tires road force balancing should fix the problem.

I have the same issue and the same thing was done to my Q7.

It's in the shop now for almost a week for the 5th times for the same reason.

Not happy at all
