$1200 headlight??? - Suggestions?

Even though the early ballasts and igniters were mounter differently, are they the same part? anyone?
If so, could i get that extra ballast/igniter combo off your hands? Pm me if you're interested.
No, the bottom mount is larger than the side mount ballast.

Ok. . . you had to see this one coming. . . how do you swap just the lens? Is there anything tricky here?
You either use a heatgun/hairdryer or bake the headlight in an oven to soften the sealant around the edge...then you pop off the 6 or so clips that hold the lens on. Then work your way around with a flat head screwdriver or other prying device to get the lens off.

Trickiest part IMO is getting the front end realigned perfectly when you're done.

I recently saw a pair of full headlights for $200 on cragies list minneapolis. check it out they might still be fore sale
