Default 02 TT Electrical Problems

Hi, I have a 2002 Audi TT 1.8 Quattro. About six months ago I was in animal related collision. Minor front end damage as well as damage to the radiator. Car was "fixed" and given back to me. About a day later the battery went dead and the car refused to start even with a jump. When the car was towed out there was a large puddle of coolant under neath. Once again the car was repaired and returned. For about two months everything was fine. The the check engine light came on. A scan produced an error for the Coolant Temperature Sensor. The car was returned to the same shop under the assumption it was related to the original collision. I was told it was not related (I still have my doubts), but paid to have it replaced anyway. About two weeks later, the light comes on, another scan reveals the same error. The shop then says while the check engine light is on for the Sensor, the sensor is not bad, and that thy wouldn't help. About a month after that with the light still on, i experienced a multi system failure. Traction Control and ABS went out and were indicated as well as Brake. This was in the snow, and the next day with it gone, I thought nothing of it. Yesterday, in 70F weather the light came on again. Today they were out, but tonight, while driving, the battery light came one, followed by the Traction Control, ABS, and Brake, followed by the tachometer and speedo dropping to 0. Then the dimming of dash board displays and head lights. After limping home and shutting the car off it will not start. I have had nothing but shady interactions with this Garage, but my insurance wont let me go anywhere else. Can any one please tell me what they did/whats wrong with the car? I am entirely convinced it was a result of their poor workmanship after the accident, but I can't say for sure.
