Hi, I just bought an Audi TT when I got home with it i locked the door manually and when I went to my car and open it manually then the alarm went off then I try using my remote but it didn't have any battery so i went and bought some battery for it and I still can't turn off my alarm and the remote doesn't seem like its working or maybe I got the wrong battery and I try to reprogram my key and nothing happen.

 

Put the key in the door, turn all the way to unlock and hold it there. At the same time hit the unlock button. Then turn all the way to lock, and press the lock button. Sounds like your key fob lost its memory.
