well unless u downgraded i dont think you are running k03 most likely a k04-20

I was told at a local shop that the turbo in the 225 is a K03s because it has a larger housing thatn the K03 (like in the 180TT) but some of the K04 internals...
Still... guesstimates?

Well you need to find a new shop since they are completly WRONG!!! Please read the FAQ above.
And thats with those mods. It depends on the dyno, because they have dynoed in the 190awhp range

i would not trust that shop to do another repair on the car, it is def a ko4-20 trust me mine just got replaced. I think ko3s were put int glis.
K03s and K04 use same size compressor wheel.
K03s has slightly smaller turbine wheel/housing (not sure which one, if not both) than the K04

The ko3 is in the ATC 180's and AWD VW's. It is an 11 blade compressor wheel which is rated to 195hp.
The ko3s is is all the late 01+ VW/Audi cars. The only difference is that it uses a more efficient 8 blade design compared to the 11blade which makes it rated 210hp. The dimensions of the wheels are exactly the same.
The ko4-001 is basically the same as a ko3s but has a 1-2mm larger turbine wheel which makes it rated to 215hp.
The ko4-20/22/23 all have larger compressor and turbine wheels than the above. This is why it makes more power and actually hold the power closer to redline.
