Hi peeps

So i picked up a good deal on a mk1 and having problems figuring out why I cant get systems ready for inspection. The car hasnt been driven in 5+ years and has unknown mods. I know for sure that it has a tune and n249 delete. It runs and drives and peaks at 24lbs of boost. I ran vcds and come to the following codes. How would I tackle these problems and just get it ready for inspection in NJ. Also, is there a way to find out what tune this guy put on it? TYIA

17695 - boost pressure control valve- open circuit
16716 knock sensor 2. signal too low- intermittent
18010 power supply terminal 30. voltage too low- intermittent
