Agreed, my 225 screams with the GIAC 93 chip. Some seem to complain that it's too aggressive. Personally, I like the g-slam when it spools up from 3500-5000.

Have either of you guys tried out the Revo?

I'm trying to decide now which to go with.
I've heard they are close and to go with whichever is closer.
But i'm wondering if the Giac is worth driving a little farther.

Any experience?

No Revo experience here. In my case it was a two hour cruise to any ofthe three vendors/tuners (APR, GIAC, Revo) so I went with GIAC based on reviews and tech data.

your not going to feel much of a differnece between stock chips at an even psi. Its when you go bigger when the tunes start looking/acting very differnt.

I guess i'm lucky...

Only 15 minutes to the REVO dealer.
I called the GIAC dealer today and they are about 20 minutes away.

Price is within $10 of each other also.

I guess they really are an even match.
I'm not sure if either one even sounds cooler than the other.

Can't help thinking there's gotta be some kind of selling point i'm missing though.

Looks likei'm going to check out the revo trial, then decide.

The timing on the GIAC chip should be a little hgher than on the revo but in a 1/4 mile race they will be rather close, if not ~ the same.

No GIAC experience, but REVO is very nice. Like dropping a gear when you are not. Nothing improved lower-turbo still kicks waits to3200 to kick in-but after that, WOW all the way to limit.

I've heard stories about using the demos on some brands and having adverse effects once it reverts back to stock tuning. You might want to ask about it.
