Dosent the haldex only put power to the rear if it senses that it is slipping? And even then its only 80/20 right? Or is there power always to the back?

 

thats a good question, i put the car up on a rack and just let it run out and the noise is deffianty comming from the rear diff.....sounds like a bad bearing to me or maybe low fluid, i havent checked it yet.....dont know
