Default First mod (r. swaybar) - Couple questions

As I am already quite pleased with the performance of the 225, I was thinking of doing a rear sway bar as a first mod to even the car out a bit.

I did a search and based on my reading, it looks like the Neuspeed 19mm is the way to go. Anyone have any experience with it or any other suggestions on alternateproducts to look at or is that one a pretty safe bet?

Couple newb questions too... When replacing the sway bar, do I have to purchase new end links as well, or will they come with it? And secondly, does replacing the sway bar have any effect on alignment (ie. will I need to get one done)?

A 19mm will be just fine, from what I understand that ttstuff.com has the best deal on it, it comes with everything and is just a straight bolt on, no other work is needed. Once lowered then you will to take it in for a alignment.

Yep, if you put the sway bar on, you won't disturb any of the rear alignement. That is assuming you don't unbolt anything other than the swaybar links and brackets, etc.

As much as I'd like to, I don't think I am going to lower my car given how bad the roads are here in Canada and the fact that this is the car I'm using year round.

Thanks for confirming what I'd already thought about the sway bar. I think I will go ahead and order the 19mm Neuspeed.
