Default 2WD Dyno + Quattro

I am planning on putting my car on a dyno tomorrow. I understand that pulling the haldex fuse isn't recommended and unplugging the connector is. Will this throw a code?

I've done it twice (6 dyno runs total)with no ill effects, and I threw in a few smoky burnouts and a 1/4 mi run in FWD for good measure.
