Is it a bad idea to run 550cc injectors on a 630CC ecu file?

 

i can see that causing major problems since that software is made for the 630 injectors

 

550cc @4bar = 630. There are a handful of people running them. You may need to adjust idle fueling however.

 

on that note... is it ok to run a 550 CC file with 630CC injectors?

 

There are people doing that also. Again, you will have to play with fuel trims most likely. The only 550cc file i know of is from Revo. Not the best, better off spending the extra $100-200 on a 630cc eurodyne/tapp tune
