64k miles what kind of oil?

iam at teh 64 k mile spot now what kind of oil and gade should i be using?, mank thanks.

You should be able to find Castrol 5w40 syn at most autoparts stores. Many use Mobil1 0w40 but i keep hearing it not being full syn anymore so i think im going to go a differnt route for the time being
