so, the first mod I bought was a Forge TIP. It turns out that the one I bought was for a AMU engine. Mine is a BEA. So I finally got the correct TIP for my BEA motor, and sold the one I had to someone with the correct motor application. My question is,.. Will there be any difference once I get this on? Or will it just make more exhaust/turbo noise?

 

I am interested as well... Im assuming you will have a louder spooling noise for sure..

 

yeah, It should be interesting. I would imagine a little more throttle response, as well as more turbo noise. cant wait to install it.

what if I replace all my hoses with good silicone? any better? or just more of the same? Im sure there isnt any power increase, but will the throttle response be noticeable?

 

If you replace the rest of the hoses, you will just have a better looking engine bay and connections. Since the tip is larger, throttle response increase has been stated many times by other users
