90k Maintenance?

Default 90k Maintenance?

Ok so my 225Q has hit 91k and the service light came on. What maintenance should I be doing at this point? Pls respond.

damn. i just recently purchased the car in Nov. When I got it, it had 80k.

if you got it at 80k it probably didn't have the haldex fluid changed, you need to do that ASAP!(quattro only) and 90k is just a oil change and visual inspection etc, also you should probably change the spark plugs if you haven't done so yet.

tyvm.. but what is a haldex fluid? Can I pick it up at a local auto zone? Also, what type or oil should I use? I hear an annoying ticking sound.

haldex stuff is a dealer only item to buy locally, or you can order it off ECStuning.com and requires a special wrench for the filter. use castrol 5w-40 or mobil 0w-40 for the engine oil.(there both vw-502 approved)
