so I'm still sporting the OEM filter haha is the stock filter good enough to last me a while, or is there a point at which I need replace/upgrade my filter? I assume everyone just gets new filters for performance rather than as a need, am I correct?

This is my big 100th post yeah!

anyone know of a place to get this product cheap. SOmeone said like 150 bucks is good?!? Seems expensive for a filter and some plastic... must be the name. Anyways, i noticed the website above didn't have our Audi, so what engine/car model for VW do i have to buy this for?

It doesn't show a picture and doesn't really describe what it all comes with. Maybe ebay might be the best option....

I got a quarter for your two cents... I think someone had mentioned before on another thread that the shrooms they showed were from an older generation filter. Then agian, I haven't seen a test for the newer generation either. I doubt you'll be driving through a cloud of carbon dust anytime soon.
