That would be the easiest. If it doesnt go off, the sensor could be off so press that button

What button is this that you speak of? If you are talking about the series of three buttons near ash tray, one being the gas tank, one being the trunk, and in my case, the third is a blank..I know this from whenI removed it to install my basslink controller.

I would try something simple... close your doors, push the lock button then try opening the door.
I've forgot tounlock my door plenty of times and each time the alarm goes off.

The sensor itself is located in the little grill above the rear view mirror. The button by the ashtray disarms the motion sensor. The easiest way to test it out is to roll the window down. Lock the car with the with lock button on the key remote. Check to see if the lights are flashing. Reach your hand in the window and move it around.

guys i have done all that and it didn't work... maybe the sensor needs tuning or something.

the only thing that worked was the following. I rolled the window down and I locked the car remotely from my key. Then I unlocked the door with my key and when I sat on the seat it went off!!! I tried moving my hand in the window space but the sensor din't pick up anything!!!

Anyways... when the thief is seating and about to roll.... I will probably notice it... hehehe

Well, last night I played with my alarm a bit in response to this thread. I rolled windows down and locked doors via remote. Red light was blinking. I reached in and waved my arms all around and nothing. I reached in and opened the door from the inside and my alarm went off. I have no button as far asI can tell to turn the motion detector on or off, butI take it mine is off somehow. Any suggestions?
