They were part of the performance package, at least thats what they called the package in the factory brochure from 2000 that I have.

 

I was told the same thing as Mitch, butmine still don't work.

 

The options on these are hard to figure out , even after researching.
Mine was listed with Projector Beam Lens Halogen Bulb Headlights.

It doesn't have heated seats (though the dealer listinghad "heated passenger seat" ?!?)
I do remember seeing "heated seats" as part of Premium Package.

I keep forgetting to check if it has washers.
My carfax had a "washer nozzle fix" listed so maybe it does? Unless this meant windshield one?

Ahh just saw this on listing: "High Pressure Headlight Cleaners"
Guess I should verify it though.
