anyone ever hear of atp turbos?

they have a gt28rs and a gt2871r for the TTs...
is it true that these are bolt ons?
IF i got one what should i expect?
should i save the money for the 3071r or 3076r?
is it worth it?

yeh I think atp are some of the lower quality ones, you should check out pagparts, I'm going with the t3t4e setup they have. it comes with everything but the fmic for $3295
