i know he would support your build. like i said this is the biggest reason i will only deal with unitronic. i am positive he would custom remap your current ecu so you wouldnt need to move over to the awp ecu unless there are software limitations with your current ecu, which i am not sure about. what setup doyou have.
also im shooting you a pm, wanted to get your opinion on a "controversial" turbo kit design we thought up. i talked to alot of guys in the industry that i know and im getting alot of mixed reviews.

with a chip + tune will this not correct the limitations of the ATC.
also supposing that you go AWP, there has to be parameters set to adjust for VVT, i think me and Nate talked about this already. the wideband would be for the post cat or pre cat?

The ATC has a narrowband control the a/f which isnt nearly as accurate as a wideband o2. Also the memory size of the ECU is much bigger and you can have a few maps stored in it w/o needing it soldered on.
Uni, Revo, and im guessing Eurodyne/Tapp will all write out the VVT so you dont need to install it to work with the ecu. The precat or primary o2 sensor is what controls the a/f, the post cat just tells if the cat is working or not.

My ATC has a GIAC soldered to it... POS!!!! but cant complain still decent for what it is.. i guess... its been running no problems for 5 years in the car (since last owner)
but Eurodyne is gonna solder a new peice in... can i get them to revamp the ATC ecu to meet the new ecu standards?
