pretty sure your wrong cicny its a cluster issue mines off half tank too...audi tells me replace the cluster....

I actually have to verify what cincy said as being true because it really is possible that it could be a sender issue. I had my sender replaced because when I ran out of gas the shop that I took my car to said that it was both the sender and my gauge...so I guess you're both right because it could be both.

If the only problem on the cluster is the gauge, then FSU is most likely the problem.

Mine went bad, always showed way less gas then it had when below 1/4 tank or filled up. Strangely it was accurate when half full. Guess it depends onthe way the wiper wears out.
