audi tt 2000 1.8l boost

hey can someone tell me how much boost the k04 turbo runs stock? and how much can you turn it up?

if you have a 2000, you have a 180 and a ko3. It runs stock 11psi and can make power up to 22-23psi.

If you have a 2000 TT you have a K03. Stock on a 00" 180 TT is 11 PSI.
You might want to do a little more research before cranking up your boost.
Just a suggestion.

yes I have a ko3. what kind of research and preperation would you advise before i crank up the boost? also is it worthwile to invest in the ko4?

Chip is all you need to do. And no, a ko4 is not worth it
