By brother installed a replacement Bosch and it works great. Think it was a little less than $200. I plan on moving to Fl in a handful of months and will be going to a lightweight 15lb battery to save space and weight. There is a guy on vortex that runs a lawn mower battery in his TT and says the cold cranking amps are higher than a car battery so he doesnt have to worry about cold starts.

We have a lightweight battery at Rennline, and will soon have a pretty nice looking mounting kit up on the site.

I was advised not to get my personal profile (my achttung screenname) too involved in selling things, but at the same time, I gotta be a little proud to be in the position I'm in. I can let you know when the battery mount is on the site if you want, but I can tell you now I think it looks damn good.
