i jsut bought a 2000 audi tt and i took my battry cover off last night . then i put it back on and my car wont start the car has power the lights work power windows work and when i try to start it the lights flicker and u hear a cracking sound overe and over

 

did you just take the batter cover off? or did you mess around with the battery as well?
