I had the same problem when they tried flashing my REVO trial.

The guy started over again after adjusting the transfer rate. Called it baud rate or something like that. Just had to transfer the data at a slower pace. Worked fine.

Could of used this information before hand... Shesh!
Sam (Revo dood) said he always has problems with TT's. Think I might call him up, and let him know why!
You'd think he would know this...

 

It being a TT is bull. All 1.8t's ecu's are simular in model years.

 

He claimed it was only the TT's that were "finicky".
Don't worry Thursday, after I get flashed by GIAC; I will put him in his place!

 

That's a funny turn of events... Not funny as in "ha ha" funny...but funny as in "throwing up hot-sauce" funny. It sucks, but it sucks so bad that it's amusing....mostly for everyone else.
I thought chip flashing was a relatively painless process...just imagine the kinda problems you're gonna run into on the S.T. install...
