A stock badgeless grill is a much cleaner look. The mesh ones look a little off and im not a big fan of thefiberglass ones with the rings still

i thought the ebay one was just standard sheet metal with the little ovals in it? my goal is to black everything out. make it look like a stealth. front and rear matching R badges. wana get custom R badges made with the square on the logo made gray or black. my goal is a very tasteful design. i want people to thing " damn!, i guess they did make an R model in 04... hu?

ever seen the thick guage wire on a bentley or a range rover grill from aftermarket tuner strut? like that material. only powder coated black. check it out. if you guys like that, maybe we can get strut to make us a grill

lol, no type R badge. its my version of an RS model TT. logo is just like the S badge with the red square in relief. only a gray R and a black square in relief. to each his own, but im gonna make this a very clean/well thought build. i will update you guys with pics of my progress. i trust my judgement. you guys will 2 after you see the build take shape. ive done a few cars already. this is my first TT however. i've waited to get a TT for a long time, ive had lots of time to think

Mitch Hedberg once had a joke talking about turkey
he said he gets angry at turkey for trying to be something its not.

By putting an R badge on your car its like a turkey being turkey bacon. Its just not cool... lol
