Default Bunch of codes....60 days to fix

So I am back again with a list of codes all relating to emissions due to the 3" turbo back 42dd exhaust with high flow cat. I just cleaned my throttle body and replaced the fuel filter and did a full tune up a few weeks ago. The exhaust was put in just over a year ago and i tried the spacer with it at all different depths with no luck. The codes are below:

P0036
P0141
P0140
P0171
P0420

I also had P0113 which I thought might have something to do with me taking the throttle body off to clean it last night as it just popped up today.

For the background:

I put the exhaust in including 2 new bosh o2 sensors. I actually went through 2 new sensors for the front and rear because we thought they were faulty. I used the spacer at first with no luck. I spent quite a bit of time messing with the spacer but couldnt clear the cel so took it out. I replaced the parts listed above recently. Over the past year the cel will remain on for an unknown amount of time but every so often it will just go out for a couple days only to return after a few hundred miles. ( This just happened again Monday and back on Wednesday )

Any ideas? Im about to try finding someone with a vagcom that will just shut that stupid rear o2 sensor off but living in nh makes that a challenge in itself and the vagcom locater had nothing listed close to me that wasnt an actual shop.

Any help would be greatly appreciated but I know these emissions things are a bear to deal with......
