A/C blows warm air
Hey guys, now I know its still winter but im thinking ahead for the summer when it starts to get hot, especially in OK. My a/c last summer used to blow cold, cold air when driving but when sitting at a stop sign, or light it would turn to hot a** air. I was just wondering if anyone one else has had this same problem. It seemed only to do this when the outside air temp was 95+. Any thoughts or ideas?
Also when sitting at idle at a stop light for a long time my coolant gauge would climb to about 3/4 of the way up, is this something I can try to fix or is it just becasue its so hot outside?

It may be your fans. Have you checked to see that both of them are working? Also, get your A/C system checked out, you may be low on refrigerant, or have a some other problem that causes it to stop working when the load gets high.
