can it be done ?
So I've decided on doing a few things and one of which is suspension. I wanted to know what the lowest drop I can do, along with how far I can push out the wheels, without having to mess with camber? I'm not trying to go crazy, just a little less wheel gap and to get the wheels closer to flush with the body!
Ok that makes sense. I wsa thinking about 1-1.5inch drop and 10mm front and 20mm in rear?
The big reason is that right now my suspension is very bouncy and I wanted it stiffer so I thought if I got new springs I would get spacers on while the wheels are off !
If I got with that set up should my camber be ok ?

Ok I realy only want a 1 inch drop and 10mm front and 20mm rear spacers.. Will I have to get camber kit, or any other issues.. Also sinse I'm looking to make the suspension more stiff, what brand/models are good for stiffer springs no more than an inch drop??
*edit*

All springs will be stiffer than the stocks. Also, if your car has some miles on it, it would be wise to change the stuts also. For a 1" drop, most get away with 1/2 kmac kit or just buy adjustable control arms. For the spacers, the wheel calculator really helps
That's what I was trying to avoid, I thought getting the Eibach springs that say 1-1.5" I could be ok without a kmac and getting an allignment would help. I can put on the springs, just get nervous messing around with suspension, having that go wrong at 80mph won't be a small oops!
The car is an 01 with 40k miles, so they should hold up I hope?
Does anyone have any recomendations on some springs with the least amount of drop, but not stock!
Or any for sale !!??
(thanks Cincy)

Take your time and save for some decent coilovers. More than worth the money. And I've got 15mm spacers in the front and in the rear. I would like to go with 20mm in the back. 20mm would be flush in the rear for me.
definitely coilovers. when i bought my 02 225 the original owner put h&r springs but didn't do the shocks/struts and when i put the pss9 system the first thing i noticed is that the original suspension was shot beyond dealing with. i am in the same boat because i started with the front as low as i would go on the coilovers and the rear slightly higher and the front tires which were new were rubbing bad on the strut. hoping 10mm in the front will clear and 15 in the rear for looks.
