Can You Decipher This Giant Red Alien-Like Warning Light?

I drive a 2001 Audi TT Quattro Convertible and while I know the top warning light is a brake pad warning, I have no idea what this giant red one is. Any help would be much appreciated.
My display suffers from "line out" syndrome but what I can make out is that the short horizontal dashes on the bottom are animated as though they are crawling or flowing around the bottom two bars.
