CEL followed by Traction control light and ABS light...any help?

So I'm driving along, my CEL comes on, then a couple minutes later both the traction control light (cirle with an arrow at the end with a triangle in the middle) and ABS lights come on...any ideas?

my ABS and ESP light always surprise me while im driving and come on. no CEL though... so no worries =P
