Yes you will need a new DV. Do not get a BOV because it will cause your car to run rich during shifts. Chips well each one has its ups and downs what kind of HP you are looking for. ARP, and GIAC are both good as well as REVO tuning.

I just went to an ARP shop and talked to one of the guys. I'm really looking to start off small and then go from there. He suggested a 93 octane upgrade and a diverter? valve for the turbo. He seemed well informed and they only work on audis and voltswagens. I'm not so sure about the prices but with the security program, 93 octane upgrade, and that valve it would cost about 1G with tax. Would this be all I need for a good start? He mentioned something about REVO I can't remember if that was the valve... I still need to do somemore reasearch...

APR's site has them listed for 499$ Then find a 007 DV in this sites classifieds they run about 75$ on here or Audizine. Hell you might be able to find the chip on here as well I did....
