Default Clear Headlight lense question

Im looking to change out the yellow lense and wanted to know how hard it is to keep the seal ? Ive never looked at it to see how much work will go into it but i was told to be careful because the seal can be very easily broken and of course condensation, and i dont know how good that is for HID lights.. probably not very good !
so let me know what you all thought about it..
thanks

When you heat the light to remove the lens and orange reflector you are just softening the sealant in order to get the lens off, you don't remove the seal. When you put them back together the sealant just melts back into place. If you are worried that it will condense put an extra bead of silicone on the seam after you put them back together. If you do it correctly you should have no issues with fogging.

Might be interested, since I have to pop open my headlights anyways because one is fogging. Sorry for a potentially dumb question, but if I went this route, that would save me from having to delete the reflector since its not on these in the first place? Or does it mount up to a different location? I would be trying likely to just grab your setup and grab some osir clear corners. Thanks
