Listed under "Common Failures."
How long does it take, and what's the guarantee?

Gee let's see:
When I pulled up the link in your post, it referred me to a company that as best I could tell, will rebuild your Instrument Cluster but require that you send the unit into them.
The catagory in the link was lister under "Common Failures." That explains the reference to that.
My question was how long will they have your dashboard, as you cannot drive your car without it?
I also inquired if you had determined a guarantee period for this repair service?

it says 2-3 days right on the website.

Seams like the ebay dude. They can only fix the gauges and not burnt out lines on the display

It's the same as the eBay guys. I called them a while ago and they claim that now, they can in fact fix your display.

However I've yet to hear anything good about them. A few people said they couldn't fix their stuff and sent it back without a refund. I'd rather source a new cluster and have it programmed.

In certain situations there is a reading from the old cluster that needs to be programed into the new instrument cluster to make it work properly. So they should let you know that before blindly accepting your cluster by mail.
