www.modshack.info will have what you need or you can just buy a large K&N of simular filter and just put it at the end of the maf.

Modshack's intakes are the best performing and best cooling IMHO.. there are other cheaper options out there, but they aren't as effective.
I've got a TTDA and have tubes routed out to the grill.
