cold air intake

Anyone know if they make a cold air intake for an 2005.5 A4 3.2L, or a chip for 3.2L ?

Very likely both are made. Equally likely, neither will do much for power, if anything. They'll mainly give you a better sound, and that's about it.

cold air intakes must be installed properly or you will get a CEL why not keep the throttle spacer? a cold air intake maybe will only add 5 hp at best?
