Once you do tune, exhaust, FMIC and W/M you've pretty much gotten to the max of the K04...if you want to see a super-built 225 check out vwdriver03 in Vortex (or eliTTe on AF), his was about the most you could expect without going BT (he has an S4 now, so you'll have to search archived posts). In the end either settle with what you have or go BT; you could try different stuff (AEB, SEM, etc), but it won't really be worth the money/effort for our half-dollar size turbo...there is one more option, and that is to get a custom K04 from Blotch Turbos, but you'd then have to worry about rods (b/c of the torque spike), which is also BT territory

i did it all at once so i couldnt tell which mod was best bang for buck but i would go with chip and w/m i had exhaust before the bt and didnt notice any gains
