Default Crazy wheel question

Okay, this is a long shot but here I go.....

How difficult would it be making a 5-114.3 wheel fit the TT? I have a new set of 18" wheels with this bolt pattern that I got in a trade and I would like to keep them. If this is a completely dumb idea I'll just sell them and please disregard post.....ha..ha
