Angry D#@* Ice Chunks!

Heading home last night in chilly Wisconsin and as I came around a partially blind corner on a strech of 2 lane theres the mother of all car turds sitting in the middle of the road. Judging by the size I'm guessing it came off a semi. A desperate swerve, a loud crash, and much swearing afterward, and I'm now in the market for a front bumper cover. After checking TTStuff, and Genuinevwaudiparts these are the popular options on my short list
The 3.2/sline (two thumbs up, but pricy)
Votex (nice but I have a question)
or direct replacement OEM.

Is the votex a full cover or just a lip that gets bolted to the bottom of an OEM cover?(there is a crack that goes all the way up to the hood on my mangled one that I can't hide with just a lip and that would change my pricepoint/oppinion on the votex piece radically)

Other ideas and sources welcome as well.

BF

Ice chunks cause more accidents then icy/snowy roads. And almost half the ice chunk accidents are due to the ice chunk comming threw the windshield!!! Yummy!
So stay away from the 18 wheelers!
