Just purchased a 2004 TT S-Line in New Hampshire for my wife ( Beautiful Little Car!) Will be importing it to Canada once the Bumper Legislation is revised. Can an Audi Dealer using the diagnostic computer hookup change the programming to have the Fog Lights come on automatically with the ignition ? this would fulfill the Canadian Requirement for Daytime Running Lights.

 

No, they have to be physically modified for them to work w/o the lights and then still turned on. That is unless you want to hardwire them into a acc 12v source of course, then that case, yes
